About this course
The FAA Level 1 Award in Fire Safety Awareness is designed for all employees as an introduction to basic fire safety. It provides a strong foundation in fire prevention, evacuation and the use of fire extinguishers, and is an excellent component of a new employee induction programme. It is also a stepping stone for those who want to develop their fire safety knowledge further.
Who is it for?
Suitable for all employees as part of their general fire safety awareness training. Particularly useful as part of a new employee induction. RTG will advise on whether the Level 1 or Level 2 qualification is appropriate for your setting.

Delivery options
Group training can be arranged at client premises across the United Kingdom. Minimum contact time is 4 hours in the classroom.
Certification and assessment
Successful learners receive the FAA Level 1 Award in Fire Safety Awareness (RQF) and Award in Fire Safety Awareness at SCQF Level 4. The qualification does not expire; ongoing CPD is recommended.
