Today is International Day of People with Disabilities. This years theme is ‘Not all disabilities are Visible’. According to the WHO, 450 million people worldwide are living with an invisible disability such as a neurological disorder, mental illness, chronic pain or fatigue, cognitive dis-functions amongst others. Most of us know someone with an invisible disability but not all of us understand the struggles of living with an invisible disability. During Covid-19 the isolation, disruption to routines and disjointed services has often seen those living with disabilities find themselves struggling more than ever. Here at Regiment Training Group we actively promote the need to educate ourselves and others on living with disabilities and urge you all to broaden your understanding of invisible disabilities and how we can support those who are suffering. Contact us today to see how we can help you to learn more. www.rtg2020.co.uk info@rfat.co.uk
